"Tactical Fitness" - an intelligent progression through 26 progressive weeks of functional training aimed at cultivating resilience under pressure, and incremental increases in functional power expression through 6 planes of movement. Calisthenic as well as unconventional tool-based training, leading not only to greater cardiovascular health and 3 dimensional strength, but also to deeper self knowledge and development of what I call 'gear-shift training' - developing the intrinsic capacity for self-regulation under pressure without breaking form.
